I got a lot of great books at BEA this year! There weren't as many historical fiction titles this year as there were last year, but I still managed to snag quite a few. Thought you might like to see a sampling of the ones I am most looking forward to!
by Mitchell James Kaplan (already out)
The Dead Travel Fast
by Deanna Raybourn (already out)
The King's Mistress
by Emma Campion (July)
Juliet
by Anne Fortier (August)
Revolution
by Jennifer Donnelly (October)
A Secret Kept
by Tatiana de Rosnay (September)
The Wolves of Andover
by Kathleen Kent (November)
Most of the reviews for these will post in or near the month that they are due out and I will do giveaways for most of them. Great titles on this list, can't wait to get started!

Excellent finds!
I didn't get the Donnelly (I got there late and the long line discouraged me) though I have most of the rest. The King's Mistress is excellent. I got impatient and bought it from the UK last year.
These all look great. I picked up a few of them, but I really hate that I missed Jennifer Donnelly's book.
I have read just one Deanna Raybourn and my library unfortunately does not have more. By fire By Water has a beautiful cover (like most historical fiction novels) and I would love to see what you think of them.
Happy reading.
Oh, I didn't realise that there was a new Tatiana de Rosnay book coming out, not that I have read the first one yet.
Very excited about the Donnelly, if only because it means that she should now be able to concentrate on the third book in the Rose trilogy which I have been waiting for forever!
The others all look good as well.
Oh wow! All these look wonderful! I am going to be excited to see what you think of them. Some of these I knew about, but others are completely new to me. Thanks for sharing!!
The Deanna Raybourn book is on my TBR and a few of the others will be added shortly.
Looks like a good selection to me! I can't wait to read some of your reviews for these books.
Oh I wish I got Juliet and The King's Mistress! I did pick up Revolution and the Wolves of Andover tho. I love seeing how everyone who is looking for the same genre comes back with different things!
I'm drolling for those only by seeing their covers! Wow!
But I do want to read some of those : Revolution particularly intrigues me.
I got Revolution and The Wolves of Andover too! Happy reading!
Some great titles! And a new de Rosnay, looking forward to it.
